Description
The Plant Supervisor / Manager will be responsible for the management of operations within the factory/warehouse and meet the productivity, on-time delivery, quality, and budgetary targets. This position is also responsible for all the assets and personnel within the factory/warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, buildings, grounds, employees, contractors, and equipment. The security, safety, and protection of such are within the responsibility of the position. In addition, the manager must meet all state and federal requirements from applicable agencies such as OSHA.

To achieve optimum performance from the entire factory to accurately fill all customer orders with top-quality products, in a cost-effective, timely manner.
This position requires wearing multiple hats and includes the responsibilities of performing the following positions:

Shipping / Receiving Warehouse Manager: Train and manage the team to Quickly and accurately ship, receive, and move products throughout the plant. Train new Forklift Operators as needed.

Facilities Manager: Track and maintain all equipment, machines, and factory assets for preventative & regular maintenance & safety compliance.
- Manufacturing Manager: Schedule, maintain, train, and improve all facets of the production process to produce the highest level products with optimum flow rates and minimal scrap.
