I ordered the basic boater kit, and the shipment came right away. When I was unpacking the box, the can of Serious Shine fell onto the deck, and the spray nozzle broke. I emailed customer support, and a replacement can was shipped out immediately. I haven't used the kit yet, but, I am anxious to put it to work.
