Explore Thunderball Grotto!

Located a short distance from beautiful Staniel Cay, the cave system is only accessible by snorkeling or swimming. At low tide, it's a pretty easy swim in. At high tide, you're going to have to dive under. Either way, once you're inside, you've got amazing amounts of life, coral, fish, light shafts, rock formations. It's a snorkeler's dream. Another cool aspect of Thunderball Grotto, but not for the faint of heart, are the big holes in the top of the cave. Once your on top, you'll have a spectacular view of the surrounding area and the opportunity to jump through one of these holes into the water below. Be advised, this should only be done at high tide! Definitely not for the faint of heart, but a great way to get some extra kicks in the Bahamas!
