5" pad not 6" pad; Disintegrated pad; poor customer service

The polisher works well enough, but the pad comes with a 5" backing pad made of some sorry material that crumbles under the slightest pressure. I contacted Shurhold to make a return or to make this right - seeing as they advertise the 6" pad, or to at least send out a 6" pad and I have not heard from them. Then I get this request to leave a review, okay then.

6” polisher

Polisher worked great and worth the investment. Recommend purchasing an additional backing pad. Mine disintegrated after one hour. I had to two day air two new pads from another supplier. I asked the Shurhold rep if the 5” backing disk that came with my 6” polisher was ok to use with 6” pads- she said yes you’re all set. Nope!

Excellent- smooth, fits the hand well and powerful. Excellent job at removing moderate amounts of oxidation. Wish they would release wool pads and scrub brushes like on the regular dual action polisher.

Upgraded to the Polisher Pro

My second polisher that I have ordered. This time I decided to order Dual Action Polisher Pro -- no regrets! Easier to use, fits well in my hands, the locking ON button & variable speed control are perfectly placed.

Makes Wax Jobs Easy

I own several different types of buffers. By far this polisher moved to my top of the list as best buffer I’ve used ever. It’s worth the cost and saves time on wax jobs.
