Excellent Value

I purchased a 16 year old cruiser inn 2020 and needed a system to maintain the fiberglass finish. After doing some research, I chose the Dual Action polisher and was delighted with the results. Easy to use with their polishing compound and polish and the results were better than expected. I liked it so much that I purchased one for my brother and shipped it to him in Canada (Shurhold doesn't support direct buys from Canada).

Not That Impressed

I have used the Dual Action Polisher for approximately 16 hours. The polisher is everything the company claims. The only flaw I have found, is that the switch is in a poor position when operating. Every time you readjust you hands to control the polisher one or the other hand trips the switch and shut the polisher off. I can get a Porter Cable sander/polisher for a few dollars less and not have this problem.

The Polisher works great and did everything I expected

As advertised

Bought the dual action polisher primarily to address non skid deck - seems impossible to keep clean - unit and process worked as advertised but may need a second coat - so far I’m pretty encouraged.... will be polishing the hull next

Dap starter kit

Purchased the starter kit and yellow dap polisher brush to do the non skid on our older Carolina Skiff. Was very impressed with these products and instructional videos. Have since added buff magic and buffing and polishing pads. Completely detailed boat and truck. Was amazed at the results.
As time goes by we will replace all current boat and auto cleaning products with that of Shurhold.

Great starter kit

I purchased the dual action polisher started pack and added the soft yellow brush. I have 40 foot sport fisher that has non-skid from front to back and on the flybridge. I used the dual action polisher and the yellow brush and was able to save a ton of time verses scrubbing with a brush on a pole. The non skid look better than ever. I also polished the brow and the edges and they were sparkling. I am very pleased with the dual action polisher! I am actually excited about cleaning my boat up versus dreading a chore.
