6" Replacement Backing Plate – Dual Action Polisher PRO

This 6" (152 mm) polyurethane backing plate with a 5/16" (24) threaded bolt is a direct replacement for the Original Dual Action Polisher PRO.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Ensure the polisher is OFF and UNPLUGGED.
  2. Use the Allen wrench (included with your polisher) to engage the backing plate bolt while holding the old plate.
  3. The bolt should loosen with minor effort.
  4. Reverse the process to attach the new backing plate, ensuring the washer system is properly installed.

For best results, replace as needed to maintain optimal performance.

I purchased a Dual Action Pro Polisher and in less than a day the backing plate blew apart. I wasn't able to finish waxing the boat launch day is coming up. Will have to purchase another polisher.
